CIO-SP2i (CIO-SP3) is a flexible contract vehicle that supports the requirements of recent legislation affecting IT acquisition. The contracct's intent is to retain technical control of programs and reduce the cost of; and improve the procurement process.

The DHS Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading-Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) is a vehicle for acquiring IT support services in three functional categories: Service Delivery; Program Support Services; and Independent Test, Validation, Verification, and Evaluation (IV&V). EAGLE II is the follow-on IDIQ contract vehicle to EAGLE.
