Client Site Management
HotFoot provides two types of client site management, both of which are aimed at assuring program and business execution quality.
Option 1.
The HotFoot Program Manager makes scheduled reoccurring weekly, monthly or quarterly visits to discuss the technical and management aspects and challenges. We also discuss associate performance and any needed areas of improvement. We want to know the good, the bad and the ugly. It goes without saying that we want to hear about any issues immediately, so any challenges can be nipped in the bud.
Option 2.
We place a manager at your location on a daily or semi-daily basis to manage aspects of the team and workforce - from required training, labor or skill-types, recruiting and performance evaluations. This option delivers transfer a major portion of associate mangement to HotFoot, and maintains a constant communication vehicle for faster response times. By being more integrated our process works within our client’s environment and culture, thus enabling us to deliver increased productivity and significantly reducing turnover and downtime.
